Instructions are easy to follow. We decided to recess the furnace
for asthetic appeal. It took about 6 hours to complete. For the
first two weeks the furnace made a crackling sound when heating up and cooling down. Now that it has 'broken in' there is no more crackling.
Fan seems a little loud but really circulates the heat.
