(More customer reviews)I have only 3 months experience with the product but it seems to be a great one. Installation instructions are clear, operation is simple (push one of two buttons to bump temp up or down). It appears to regulate temperature as per the specs (don't have thermometer that tracks to a fraction of a degree, however), it's electronic thus silent operation, but little symbols on the display show which of 5 levels of power are being supplied to the baseboard heater to maintain temp. A huge improvement over the rotary mechanical wall thermostat we replaced.
