(More customer reviews)it gets really hot.I'm afraid its going to start a fire.there is no fan.it stays lit 24/7 meaning there is always a flame underneath.my worry's about the Furnace are the wall gets really hot.this is gas meaning it dose not run no electric so if the electricity goes out that means it would still work. its not electric. they do not stick a fan inside to help it ventilate.the same wall where furnace is at through that wall is my closet and u can feel the heat through the other side.its that hot.I'm afraid that its going to start fire.they should have put a fan inside like I said to help the heat to circulate.but they did not.I also fear the carpet burning.this thing can get up to 90 or hotter and a lot of the heat stay in the furnace.wall has shifted from the heat going up.I do not want to ramble but I am giving me reviews with my experience having it 3 weeks now.((I do see other people reviews for the heater.other people are stating they love the heater and there saying its a great price.))) there so many different models one for Natural gas 9 different models with the same look,, and the one for propane and it has 9 models too same look. same look just different models.its cool with me. my model is 3509622.they should put a fan on it to help cool it down so the wall do not get too hot and it dose not have a fan.my manager said it safe.I'm stuck with it.my older heater was Williams and it had a fan and had a electric lite.so I miss having those. that my new one dose not have
