(More customer reviews)I had a Suntouch floor mat installed recently in my bathroom. Now that the weather has turned colder, I can't imagine why I waited so long to have this! Even my cat loves to stretch out on my warm tile floor. It's so easy to install, especially under tile (Well, my handyman said it was very easy to install) and the programmable thermostat makes those late night trips to the bathroom something to look forward to, and it doesn't damage my electric bill! I'll definitely have this installed in my kitchen floor.
From shipping to installation my entire experience with SunTouch through Amazon was first rate.

Choose the best place for your thermostat, what areas you want to warm and plan to heat most of the open floor, staying 4 to 6 inches away from walls and built ins, but close to cabinet toe kicks. Then roll out your mat and fasten to the sub floor with 2 sided tape, staples, or hot glue. Mount your thermostat and place the temperature sensor between any two heating wires. Finally, cover mat with cement based mortar and install your tile. Use the Multi meter and loudmouth as directed in the instructions.
