(More customer reviews)This is a very straightforward product comprising two pieces that easily slide together for adjustable fit. They use hard magnets rather than the flexible type, and have no problem sticking strongly to my vents. I haven't painted over my vents so I don't know how that would affect them, but I think they would be just fine. The price is very reasonable for what you get, which is a product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.
