I love this fan, because it allows you to have regular ventilation, humidity sensing ventilation, but a regular light and a night light. It moves 110 CFM and the sound level is 0.9 sones. It allows the user to set the sensitivity, as well as a timer for how long the fan runs once it reaches a certain humidity level. Great job Broan.
