(More customer reviews)The heater itself is as expected and typical for a baseboard heater from 15 or 20 years ago. Somewhat above box store quality. They are quiet; no "clinking" or ticking sounds when heating and cooling. Good for bedroom areas. However, it wasn't packed well and UPS didn't disappoint, as both units came almost unusable. The boxes were dropped on their ends and the whole unit was bent almost to the claim point. No fault of Markel, the manufacturer. Mostly an issue for the distributor and shipper. Would have given two stars if this rating was intended to include the shipping and handling process.
