One of my main concerns was getting the item in my residence but thankfully it came in three separate pieces which were easily managed (need 2 people to move them about). The packaging was nothing short of incredible. Very well done and no parts were damaged. It must have taken the manufacturer an entire day just to package the pieces with strategically placed cardboard and bubble wrap. The manufacture spared no expense or time on the design of the unit. Everything is extremely well marked which makes for super easy assembly. I usually never write reviews but am making an exception. This product is well worth it and well manufactured. I plan to have this sauna for a long time to come and move it with me to my next residence. I've already tried it out and it gets to a nice 120 in about 20 minutes. If you are on the fence, don't be, get this before they are sold out or the price rises.
One note to mention, the plug is not standard, it has three prongs but one prong is sideways so you will need to go to home depot or such and get an appropriate outlet only about $7. You also should have 15-20 amp outlets to ensure you are not blowing a fuse. Still a super buy and totally worth it!
