(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 of these heaters to install in our vehicles. The first one I installed and when I plugged it in it worked correctly. The temperature outside was right at 0 degrees F. but the next morning the heater was just blowing cold air. It would not get warm again so I replaced it with a second unit, exactly the same. It appeared to work correctly also, but once again it stopped heating during the night and the temperature was still right about 0 overnight. After driving the vehicle for about 10 miles, the heater was plugged in again and nothing happened, the fan wouldn't even run on it now. With the ambient air temps. around 0, the heater should never stop (thermostat controlled) so I don't know what happened to the 2 units I purchased. I returned these units and my money was refunded. I purchased a different brand heater with similar specs. and it is definetly higher quality all around. Not sure how long it will last, just installed it. Would not purchase a Kats Model 37100 again until I saw some serious upgrades to it. Sorry Kats, you can do a lot better then this. Also, you should improve your electrical on this item, poorly and cheaply made, no ground lug etc.
