(More customer reviews)The heater had to be installed by a professional and that cost $433.00, which was a shock. But the heater works great, very warm and toasty. Heats our sunroom very well which is 25 x 25. Just wish it wasn't so much to install. I haven't needed customer service so can't rate them.
