(More customer reviews)We had this unit installed in our bathroom by a licensed electrician. This unit puts out great heat the instant that it is switched on. The built-in thermostat is very handy. After a short break-in period (1 to 1.5 hours of use), the unit is very quiet. My only complaint is the following: the dial switch on the front of the unit is plastic and seems a bit flimsy. The markings are hard to see and the switch is not tightly fitted into the painted-metal face plate. Regardless, for us, the way it heats up our cold bathroom makes up for the flimsy switch.
