(More customer reviews)I had originally written a review which for some reason didn't get posted here. Why, I don't know. I told how these warmers never got hot and I was very disappointed. Well, the other day I did a search for something better and I found another site that sells these same warmers. (Their price is a little higher though!) One reviewer wrote that the secret is to not "handle" them. I think because they took so long to warm up, I kept checking and messing with them to see what the problem was. After reading that review, I tried another pair and just left them alone until they got hot. Great!
I also learned another secret: If you don't need them anymore and they still have heat, put them in a zip lock bag and remove all the air. This will preserve them until you need them again. I am now opening them in advance and allowing them to heat up. Then I put them in a zip lock bag and force all the air out. This allows them to heat up a lot faster after I take them out of the bag. I will order these again.
