(More customer reviews)It is impossible to "rate" this product since the discription is NOT accurate. The product which was received was actually 30" but all the other information was correct. Since I was looking for a 28" I was quite dissapointed. However, I can't say enough about Tool Supply Inc. who immediately agreed to send me another brand which was 28" at no increase in price (the new heater was actually a few $ more) and I returned the first to them. If I were rating the supplier they would get a perfect rating and review... hopefully Amazon will update the description.
