(More customer reviews)I have a very large finished basement with a pool table, my home theater set up, etc which was never that comfortable in the fall and winter due to always being chilly or cold for the family and guests. I looked for an option which would did not require that I cut into the ceiling trying to tap into my existing furnace ductwork or put anymore demand on the furnace. I purchased this device and installed it myself (very easy). The device received its first test over thanksgiving weekend and was a huge success. This product has a built in theromstat and allowed this to be a great set and forget device. The very large area was so comfortable and visitors were thinking they may now purchase this device for their homes.
I may purchase another one of these in the future for another part of my home.
To install you will need 10/2 wire and a 30amp double breaker.
I am extremely happy with this purchase.
