(More customer reviews)I bought this heater because it has an all plastic casing surrounding the metal heating element. Therefore, I can put it on the floor and my young children will not be burned by it. It is also a very effective heater, easily heating a large bedroom or living room. However, with the thermastat on the heater, it won't overheat a room.
