(More customer reviews)I'm very pleased with this small space heater, mostly because the thermostat works quite well. On the last "inexpensive" heater I had, the thermostat was practically useless, and I finally decided to get a new one as I couldn't keep an even temperature. This unit is solid, attractive, warms quickly, and maintains an even temperature. My only criticism is the bright red light on the front when you plug it in. This makes no sense to me -- the light should go on when you turn it on, not be on the whole time it's plugged in. So first, there's no way to know if it's on or not if it's not blowing air, and second, the light is much too bright at night. I had to put a piece of paper over it to dim it.
